Kristine Ayvazyan

At the City of Prague Grammar School and Music School, Kristine was a student of Irina Kondratěnko-Parker and František Malý. During the past four years, she studied at the Prague Conservatory under Martin Kasík, and currently she is a first-year student of the Academy of Performing Arts, Prague. She has won prizes at a number of international competitions (Absolute Winner at the Amadeus International Competition in Brno, Czech Republic, and the Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic; 2nd prize in the 22nd International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth in Poland; 2nd prize in the Citta di San Dona di Piave international competition in Italy; and 2nd prize in the International Smetana Piano Competition). She has performed at major concerts at music festivals (Leopold Mozart International Festival in Augsburg, Germany; the American Fine Art Festival in New York; “Little Geniuses Play for Znojmo” in the Czech Republic; and the International Children‘s Festival of the Vladimir Spivak Foundation in Moscow, Russian Federation). She has performed as a soloist with numerous orchestras such as the Czech Philharmonic, the Brno Philharmonic, the North Bohemia Theater Orchestra, the West Bohemia Symphony Orchestra, and the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia. She also plays the violin, and has won several prizes in violin performance compeitions at the national level.

Gabriela Barillová

Gabriela began playing the violin at the age of five at the Lounských Primary School of the Arts, where her teacher was L. Bendlová. Since then, she has won a number of solo and chamber performance prizes at national student competitions, including first prize for string quartet (2013, 2016) and 2nd prize for solo performance (2014). In 2017, she won 3rd prize in the conservatories competition. She has also won a number of awards at international competitions, such as 1st prize at the Maestro Josef Muzika International Violin Competition in Nová Paka, Czech Republic (2014), 2nd prize at the International Violin Competition in honor of Maestro Váša Příhoda (2018 and 2019). Since 2016 she has been a student of the Prague Conservatory in the class of Prof. R. Kresta.

Adam Klánský

Adam has been studying with Prof. M. Kaňka since 2016. Currently he is a fourth-year student of the Prague Conservatory in the class of Prof. P. Nouzovský. He has a number of competition victories under his belt, including multiple victories in the national competition for music students and absolute winner of the Jan Vychytil Competition (2015), the Bohuslav Martinů Competition in Polička, Czech Republic (2014), and the conservatories competition (2017). His most valuable international accomplishments include awards in the Heran Violoncello Competition in Ústí nad Orlicí (2009 and 2013), 1st prize in the Concours Flame Competition in Paris (2013), 2nd prize from a competition in Liezen, Austria, 3rd prize in the David Popper Competition in Várpalota, Hungary (2013), and 2nd prize in the Antonio Janigro competition in Poreč, Croatia (2012). He also holds multiple prizes from the ”Talents for Europe“ competition in Dolný Kubín, Slovakia. His most recent accomplishment is 1st prize at the J. J. F. Dotzauera Competition in Dresden, Germany (2019) and 1st prize at the Gustav Mahler International Competition in Jihlava, Czech Republic (2020). He has performed as a soloist with leading Czech orchestras such as the PKF Prague Filharmonia and the Hradec Králové Philharmonic. He is an active participant in master classes given by world famous cellists (S. Isserlis, R. Latzko, O. Canetti).
